I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time unless if the item is defective or broken due to my error.
If your item arrives damaged, please email me at email@example.com immediately so I can replace this item. Please note that not every pair can be recreated but I will replace to the best of my ability.
If an item breaks due to accidental or purposeful actions, I will not replace that item. I have included a care card in every package with great tips on how to care for these pieces.
