Every single piece is handmade, unique, and may possibly have tiny imperfections or differences. No two pairs are alike and that is the beauty of handmade jewelry.
RETURNS/DAMAGES:
I do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds at this time unless if the item is defective or broken due to my error.
If your item arrives damaged, please email me at shopnogutsnoglory@gmail.com immediately so I can replace this item. Please note that not every pair can be recreated but I will replace to the best of my ability.
If an item breaks due to accidental or purposeful actions, I will not replace that item.
CARE TIPS
Keep earrings, necklaces, and keychains stored in a cool dry place. Steam, water, or any excessive liquid can cause chain to tarnish.
You can clean items with a microfiber cloth.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please send email to shopnogutsnoglory@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing order. Once 24 hours have passed, no cancellations will be allowed.
SHIPPING:
Please allow up to 10-14 business days for your order to ship. This does not include weekends or holidays.
Please try to refrain from emailing about order status, unless outside of 14 business day window. In that case, I have most likely emailed you about any delays.
If your package is lost in transit, please reach out to USPS! I am not responsible for packages once dropped off at the post office. All orders will have tracking information sent to email on file. Please make sure to check spam folder if you did not receive email.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
Please note that the shipping cost does not cover any potential extra fees or duties your country may charge to receive these items. We are not responsible for any extra fees. Please allow 14-21 business days for your order to arrive.
